PRICING
Prices and itineraries valid from 1 April 2005 - 31 March 2006

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
A deposit of $100.- per person is required to confirm your booking. Failure to pay the deposit within 10 days of confirmation advice may result in the cancellation of your booking. Full pre-payment for all tours is required 21 days before departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Broken Hill's Outback Tours reserve the right to apply the following cancellation charges:

Days Notice: 44-22 21-14 13-8 7-1
% of full tour cost: deposit 25% 50% 95%

No refund will be made in respect of any unused portion of the tour

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in your tour cost. We strongly recommend that full travel insurance be taken out to cover loss of deposit, cancellation conditions of all air, train or land travel; illness, loss of baggage or unforeseen circumstances.

FARES GUARANTEE
The tour prices in this brochure are correct at the time of printing and published in good faith. they are however subject to increase without notice because of increases in accommodation, transport fares or any other tour component prices.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Terms, conditions and limitations of liability under which the tours operate are detailed below and the payment of the tour deposit or tour price represents acceptance by the purchaser of the following:

Responsibility:
Broken Hill's Outback Tours and/or associated companies (hereinafter referred to as BHOT) give their notice that all tickets and coupons are issued by them or on their behalf and all arrangements for transport or conveyance, or for hotel accommodation are made by them as agents or operators upon the express conditions that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, sickness or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle or conveyance or through the act or defaults of any passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour(s) or otherwise in connection with or of any hotel proprietor or servant for any failures on the part of a hotel to provide any of the facilities normally available. Such conveyance etc is subject to the laws of the country where the conveyance is provided. Baggage is at owner’s risk throughout the tour unless insured. BHOT accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses for any delays or change to any service, sickness, injury, weather, strikes, lockouts, war, earthquake, floods, volcanic eruptions or any other causes. The transportation companies or firms concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event, during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the carrier concerned when issued will constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers.

General Conditions:
BHOT reserve the right to alter any of the hotels or tour itineraries as shown without notice, should the occasion demand. This may occur as a result of road or weather conditions, strikes or any other reasons. BHOT reserve the right to alter the cost without notice because of increases in accommodation, airfares, or any other tour component costs. The current tour price will be confirmed to you at the time of booking and once full payment has been received by BHOT the tour price is guaranteed at that price. Your travel agent will forward deposits and other payments to us on your behalf. Receipt of deposits and subsequent payments by the travel agent do not constitute receipt of those monies by BHOT, and there is no liability on our part to the passenger or their travel agent until all monies payable to us are actually received by us. BHOT reserve the right without payment of compensation to decline to accept and/or to terminate any tour passenger’s participation in the tour, whether before or after commencement of travel, if it may appear likely that that passenger’s health, general deportment or conduct would impede the operation, safety or comfort of the tour to the detriment of other passengers. The passenger warrants to BHOT that he/she is reasonably healthy and/or fit to participate in the tour and indemnifies BHOT from all actions, claims and demands arising out of any want of health and fitness. BHOT accept no liability for any losses incurred by the passenger in respect of any unused portion of the tour of for additional expenses incurred for repatriation. Handicapped persons must be accompanied by a companion.
